Our team consists of licensed clinical counselors and social workers specializing in trauma-informed therapy for young children and their families. With advanced training and extensive experience, we work with children who have experienced stressful life events and trauma, such as abuse, neglect, exposure to violence, separation or loss of a parent or caregiver, and other tragic circumstances. Our therapists are dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where children feel understood and safe as they begin their healing journey.

We are committed to tailoring treatment to each child's unique needs, utilizing a variety of evidence-based models to provide the most effective care. These approaches include:

  • Parent-Child Therapy
  • Play Therapy
  • Sandtray Therapy
  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Flash Technique
  • EMDR-Sandtray Therapy
  • Structured Sensory Interventions for Traumatized Children (SITCAP)

We prioritize a family-centered approach by working closely with parents and caregivers. This collaboration ensures that parents and caregivers are equipped with the tools and support needed to reinforce their child’s progress and healing, maximizing the effectiveness of treatment.

We specialize in fostering the social and emotional development of young children by addressing key factors that influence their growth. Our services are designed to strengthen the relationship  between children and their parents and caregivers, equipping them to create environments that are nurturing, safe, and secure. We provide practical guidance to help parents and caregivers effectively manage intense emotions and challenging behaviors.

Our approach also focuses on helping children build resilience and strengthen protective factors while identifying and addressing any risks that may hinder their success. Early intervention is crucial as it enables children to grow, develop, and reach their fullest potential.
